I completed my Hon.B.Sc. in 2013, majoring in Molecular Biology and Genetics with a minor in Microbiology at the University of Guelph. For the winter semester I will be conducting an assessment of policies regarding the exchange of plant material of varying conservation statuses and importance within Canada, and also be exploring conservation techniques conducted at GRIPP. My interests in the lab revolve around tissue culture, cryopreservation, secondary metabolite production, and molecular physiology. In my spare time I enjoy pursuing my passions of writing, reading books focused on spiritual growth, and running.
